Photographer Website

For a coding project, we were asked to take one photographer we admired and create a website that acted as a portfolio and a representation of their work. This also had to be for an artist who currently had either a poorly designed website or didn't have one that existed at all.

Upon doing research for this project, I found that this specific photographer staged every single part of his photographs. He treated each image as an opportunity to tell a story using every inch of the camera lens. Every prop in his photographs are placed and constructed with reason, perfected down to the colors and the lighting. The simple design of my website highlights and focuses on the dramatic, cinematic quality of his imagery rather than distracting web elements.
