My name is Misti Summer Gay and I am an interdisciplinary designer and artist. My work typically centers around my love for people, music and social change.

A little about me is that I am a proud cat parent of one spoiled little buff tabby, I prefer the mountains to the beach, I will spend almost any dollar amount to go to a concert, and I like to write. My favorite artistic medium is oil paint– though I tend to be versatile depending on the needs of the project.

I speak my mind through my work, and become easily impassioned when it revolves around a cause I hold close to my heart. You may notice as you peruse my portfolio that even if the subject matter is serious, I tend to layer a veil of humor or lightheartedness into an otherwise serious piece. Positivity, in my mind, is the only way to both cope with the world's woe's and easily bring tough subjects into everyday conversation.
